We’ve put together some simple at home self care tips which we’re sure will boost your mood and make you feel amazing!
TIP 1 – Drink some water EVERY AM when you wake up
Drinking water in the morning will help you re-hydrate after your nights sleep which is proven to be boost your mood… it will also wake you up
TIP 2- Do an at home workout
Exercising for 10-30 minutes everyday has been proven to improve your health in multiple different ways.
TIP 3 – SLEEP SLEEP SLEEP
Get some sleep! Making sure you have at least 8 hours sleep at night will help improve your mental health by reducing toxins in your body.
TIP 4 – Invest In Yourself
Take a bath or shower and detox yourself. Shave your legs and put on some moisturiser. Pampering yourself will increase your mood and well.. just make you feel amazing
TIP 5- DETOX FROM THE OUTSIDE WORLD
Taking some time off social media and your phone is sometimes just what you need to de-stress and relax. We think you’ll be surprised by the results you’ll feel.
